Infra-Projects employ’s Project Management Professionals whom are affiliated with the Association of Project Management (APM). These professionals are equipped with the skills and resources to deliver projects to the expectation of our clients. Through the development of this key resource we enable our clients to:

• Effectively manage strategic resources to support delivery expectations
• Provide the appropriate Environment, Health, Safety and Quality support to delivery

• Contract Administration (ITT to contract closeout)
• Implement a clear and simple change and configuration management process

• Development and implementation of commercial frameworks that enable and support the delivery of major works programmes and the role of intelligent customer.

Project Control Services
Infra-Projects is resourced with Project Controls Professionals whom work closely with the Project Management and Design teams to ensure that:

• Programming and planning is delivered to expectations as these are fundamental to the development of a project,
• There is a visible reference to programme content and that the inter-relationships between activities or programmes of work are readily identifiable.
• Resource and cost profiles are understandable and reflect the client’s cash flow and delivery expectations.
• Alignment of project cost engineering and Quantity Surveying practices.

Using specialist techniques and dedicated software systems, Infra-Projects provide a structured approach to enable effective progress monitoring against targets and key milestones.
